Too many people make up their own narratives and have no clue. guy that got into the car is a thief. the owner left car running while he went back in to grab his phone, it's not a gun in his hand. he came back out not knowing the thief got in the car, and was confused seeing the car moving, tried to open the door when the thief drove off dragging him. also this is in the UK so the drivers side is on the US passenger side.

Saddest thing in all of this is if it happens like this in the US then the robber could get the driver charged with attempted murder. Our Justice system is laughable. they read through court documents and you get any fines and court fees. think about it. 200 people per day that pay $200 is 40k in one freaking day. they about charging fines and court cost without spending a dime housing people who get arrested. I bet many people thought about everyone in 1 day paying court cost alone would be 40k or if 100 people come through and pay is 20k per.day yet the system is always broke. BS
