I didn't finish season 5 yet, but she's probably a bit rusty since she's lost her powers for a bit and had to train to get strong again plus her power is limited I believe, if she uses it for too long she gets exhausted or pass out. 🤷🏼♀️

because of physics. the truck she flipped was already in motion, once in motion you stay in motion until stopped, she didnt lift the entire thing she put a force (indented) on the front of the truck just enough to stop the front of the truck yet the back was still moving, thats why the back lifted up and the front of the car starts turning downward
