too continue to fire after the threat is illuminated shows lack of control over self when your literally trained to use the least lethal force. its literally the definition of excessive force and its to garuntee the suspects death, so in c9nclusion because sonny shots were fired the officer should.at least be charged with involuntary manslaughter if not 2nd degree murder. the officer should be held more accountable because of his placement in an authoritive role in which he swore an oath to the constitution.
