There's no way that a Wal-Mart employee has ANY right to physically come into contact with a patron who is attempting to pay for the items he/she has at the register, That's first.. Now second, for THAT employee to escalate the situation to the point that he then tries to steal the customers change and receipt and then attempt to choke the customer out in a manner that can absolutely be deemed FELONY AGGRAVATED ASSAULT (if not attempted murder in the first or second degree), is completely unacceptable behaviour and THAT employee should be immediately terminated and then arrested and charged with the above charges due to his actions towards the patron. Followed by additional charges for Disorderly Conduct at the very least and then be Issued a Formal Tresspassing Warning by a law enforcement officer that would effectively BAN the employee from that Wal-Mart Store for a MINIMUM of 180 days (preferably a full year).😡
The employee should have never been up on him like that. He was checking out then you threw his money and was making threats so you escalated the situation then put your hands on him.
