My neighbor loved to ask to borrow my tools. I was putting a new lawnmower together in the front yard when he came over and asked if he could borrow my new lawnmower. I asked if he had 500 dollars to replace it if he broke it. He said yes. I said, then take that 500 dollars and go buy yourself a lawnmower.
The house next to our house became a rental once the owner died. Everytime I saw the Uhaul truck pull out, I was toasting them a shot of whatever we had from my porch saying good riddance. They finally sold the house & now my neighbors are excellent.

I've been equally as happy. After having a bipolar neighbor with anger management issues that regularly harassed myself, my wife and my son we have some peace. Police at her rental multiple times for domestic violence, constantly screaming at us she was finally evicted by family members. I get the excitement.

My creepy neighbor was hiding in my front bush one night. When i pulled up to my house my headlights flashed him out, so he walked infront of my car to his house like i wasn't even there. 😳 Gave him a peace of my mind. Dont wish to have others bc they can be even worse.

We had a Karen neighbor that complained about neighborhood stray cats. She went nuts over them. She bothered everyone about it. She had been living there 13 years. No one liked her. Everyone celebrated when they moved out!

Only our very first house barely 1000 sq. Feet was in a neighborhood where neighbors actually spoke to each other and that was 40 years ago. 2nd house ok because we all had kids. But since then 2 more moves people now barely wave.
