People get hurt or killed when interceding. Store I worked would audit the store afterwards and determine perp left with a million bucks worth of insured stuff. A son worked at a gas station. I always told him to let the perp take what he wanted. Bag some Twinkies for him. Stuff is insured and can be replaced. Sons can't be.

You're not TOUCHING him if you have a spray bottle of water to help you with cleaning some of the handprints off the shelves and some of the merchandise and you see the wannabe master thieves stuffing his pockets with cell phones and other things he thinks he can sell, and the responsible employee you think you are get the idea to give him a good spritz of cold water to help wake him up. But it's not your fault some wise guy filled your bottle with ammonia, white vinegar, and a little bit of fish oil fertilizer, and you shouldn't have to be the reason why he was trying to remove his clothing beside the roadway to the city baseball park.

some people can't hand even the smallest amount of authority. I know the world is different now. but the security guy should have been more professional. He was taunting instead of authoritative & respectful to the rules of our laws. I don't know this kids story but maybe he might try to find out. Set an example some way. It's not just the young that make things change to the lesser.

now lost prevention builds a case against criminals and stores picture ,video , documents $$$ store has lost to said individuals and once the dollar amount reaches a certain amount that is severe they bust them and they do serious time ...banned from all store types and if caught again even in the store well they don't because the time is to severe to do the crime not worth it it is the new plan and its working in the long run

Have him trespassed, but if you’re in a liberal city, forget it the cops arrest them and judges. Let them out for the 28th time.
