Some of you are ridiculous shaming her. How about giving her credit for doing the hard work it takes! We all want privacy in our yards, it’s not a bad thing!
My neighbor was having a fence put up and she came to ask me could the fence guys park their truck in my driveway while working on this side to get the fence up. I saw all the flags and seen they were over towards my house more than they should be. It's all trees between the houses. Big trees. I said nothing because she just claims all those trees amd now they are officially her problem. Om good with that. Hate them trees. Nothing but extra work and worry when the wind kicks up. Told her I wasn't even worried about it when she asked if I wanted to have someone come out and check the land markers. Nope. You just go on and claim them. 😆

I have land and I paid for every inch of every acre, my neighbors have way more than me.we all know and agree on our surveys, markers and lines. because we communicate and we all look out for each others property. we keep unwanted hunters and dirt bike riders and horseback riders off each other. we all have those toys, but it os out properties. yes boundaries matter, and good neighbors matter more. some people are just nuts. she wouldn't get 1 acorn of my place.

Where we live there is a couple feet you must set back into your property so you can maintain the fence and not go on the others property 👍🏼
I'm betting my last dollar the reason she is building a fence is because of the person behind the camera. They think the pool is for THEIR use. Trust me I know.It happened to me. We had gone to a friend's house. I get a call that some kids were playing in my pool and one got hurt I had better come home and pay for his medical bill. Didn't matter that they had hopped a 4 foot fence.

There are Registered Deeds on both properties that can prove whose property it is- Why DONT they GO THE legal way -Pull the deed then send a registered letter to the lady - STOP invading her privacy -stop acting like KIDS to get likes- it shows low IQ
I would imagine that that is going to go to court and she's going to lose so she's putting up that fence with cost a lots of money and she's going to have to remove it
Many people assume fences are built “on the property line.” Upon purchase, my in law’s property was surveyed and property survey markers were installed. My father-in-law built his fence set back roughly 4-6 inches from the property line because he wanted to own the fence line rather than having a “good neighbor” fence." He knows exactly where his property line stakes are and so does the neighbor on that side. After 42 years, one side of the property has a “good neighbor” fence.
