You should never open door for someone you don't know. CALL the police. At least then you will be able to determine if they really need help or are scammers.
This video is lacking in information, and I'm probably going to catch a lot of flack from some of you, BUT.... Under NO circumstances would I open my home up to perfect strangers, regardless of their age or their claim that their parents kicked them out. Some of you must not be aware that young people can and DO commit all kinds of illegal acts like robbery, rape and murder. This woman sounds older and would be putting herself in possible danger by opening her door to these kids. On the flip side... I would have called the police to come and help these kids find shelter. If it is legit that they were kicked out by their parents, then the parents should face charges.
i ain't even gon lie i would be one of those dumbasses that would open my door. or atleast give them a few blankets an pillows let them sleep on my porch

First of all, do these people know each other? second of all, if you're some random stranger walking up to some random house saying, can I spend the night or where can I stay? Something's wrong with you. did you see my motel sign standing out in my yard? hell, no. Get the f*** off my property!
The young men didn’t even explain his situation at first. All he was asking the woman was if she had some place for them to stay tonight. Young man, you could have said sorry for bothering you, but we got kicked out of our house and is kindly asking if you could assist us with a little shelter. My goodness, we don’t even teach our kids the correct way to ask for help in a decent manner. In situations like this, you have to be mannerly and humble. Sorry, but I hate when people think that they are entitled to something.

and as a former foster kid, I will tell you, chances are these kids were scared to call the police. scared of going into the foster system, and for good reason, too. I have had my share of horrible foster parents and my share of homelessness as a teen... they separate siblings when the state is responsible 🙄 😒 it's a shitty situation all around for these babies. can't trust anyone at home. at school. nowhere they turn, for fear of being split up. fear of having to deal with strangers. fear of being treated worse than at home. this young man was being brave and trying to find somewhere safe... it's a damn shame we live in a world where not one person would help them. I wish they had knocked on my door, I would have figured out space for them, food, clothes and how to legally allow them to live with me until they were old enough and strong enough to be on their own.

People the solution to a situation like this is to call 911. This is an emergency. The police don’t always arrest; they have access to other resources for situation where an arrest is not warranted.

Those are children, not everyone are monsters, offer your porch and call for a police officer to come and help them. Remember there are bad parents out there too, these kids being put out doesn't automatically make them bad. To the homeowner, I understand your heartbreak, to those commenting not to help, what if it were you in a terrible situation and the people you had to ask for help had your responses....this world needs to be better.

Not gonna lie I would probably be the one to open my door invite them in make em a meal put them up in my spare room and call the proper authorities I’m not one to worry too much about someone hurting me as I’ve always protected myself and I have a service dog who is trained to attack on command due to my ptsd mind you my service dog is a 100 pound pit bull he can be your very best friend or your worst nightmare he will politely put you on your back and hold you there until authorities arrive but more than one person he will hold yall in a corner and if necessary bite to keep you in your place until authorities arrive he’s trained to do that to protect me so be prepared if you get out of line in my home lmao
