The guy is asking for help and asking her to call the police. He’s afraid of something or someone. Looks like he was maybe being chased or he could have taken some bad drugs and was tripped out, or he could be schizophrenic and thinks someone is chasing him.
She did the “RIGHT THING” . Even if he did say “Help police” , how can she know what’s happening outside? She was right to not open the door, but she should have called the police right away.

He took too big of a hit off that old glass c*ck and now his butt is paranoid AF lol. I had a friend who developed a bad addiction to coke & cook up. This is exactly how he would get even if he took a lil key bump. When I was 18 we were all at a house party having fun drinking, and he had to go take it to another level. snuck off to the br, took a hit of crack, came out eyes all bugged out screaming that there were bloods and crypts scaling the apt. building after him. This fool then proceeded to dive head first through a large glass window 2 stories up. He broke his ankle but was so messed up he got up, ran to another window and proceeded to punch his fists through another widow, got stuck till the cops arrested him. He also had a headline in the news with another incident saying "Man Conks Himself in Head with Rock" 🤣 that was cause he didnt wanna get arrested after running like a madman on our block n bodega all cracked out.
