I actually have a neighbor who I believe is on my property line because he’s way too close,when they’re on the side of their house. I can hear everything they’re saying,I’ve tried to go to the city to have it assessed, but I gotta pay out-of-pocket like 250 bucks just to find out if he’s on my property line,he’s quiet I’m quiet so I don’t even care anymore. I used to care but I figured the next person who buys this house can deal with it. He don’t bother me. I don’t bother him so it is what it is, but I swear he’s on my property just saying.

I used to live in a duplex where we rented both sheds in the yard, then when the neighbors moved in the new owners told them that the big shed was theres and the small one was ours without telling us, and they tired telling them they could have our stuff in the shed too. we always paid rent and they even told us in person that they would give us a 6 month lease after they finalized the sale. then they gave us a month because they said 'they wanted to build more buildings on the property and that they needed to bulldoze our side of the lot to do it." so they gave us a month, we have two medium dogs and two babies...they told us to move when there were little to no rentals around so we had to move an hour away. my husband has to drive by the place to go to work and come to find our they rented our side to someone else...and to this day they are still there, this happened back in April of this year.
