as a security guard. you need to go back to school, you have to defuse the situation. and you didn't do that. there is no law for talk shit to other customers. you need to get him out of the store without hurting people and get him away from people, take a description. make sure he doesn't hurt anyone in the parking lot, take down his license plate, if he has a car. make a report and hand it over the cops, what you did you laid your hands on him first that's wrong you can go to court or even jail. that was 100 percent your fault. the security guard
