There’s so many things behind this. One her wife told her do drive off when they said get out of the car. 2 she was in the way of them trying to get a man who was charged with sexual assault of multiple minors and was a registered sex offender. He had no reason to shoot her. Jr wasn’t in front of the vehicle , he can’t say that she tried to run him over. She was trying to get out of the way, it looks like her vehicle may have stalled on the ice and snow. Also I believe because of everything that’s happening she feared for her life.
You can clearly see that her tires were turned away from the shitbag. And here's another question, why would he go to the front of the vehicle? He has 10 years experience and knows that it could be used as a weapon but goes and stands in the line of the vehicle?
