yeah to me it looked like you were following too close and going too fast around the turn, there is no way you should have been able to hit him otherwise regardless of whether he suddenly pushed on his break or not.

I had an illegal try that crap he forgot about traffic cams all he wanted was free money I went to court only to find this little 4'10 lady trying to tell judge she was driving judge took 1 look at traffic cam video and saw a 6f man with a beard clearly get out drivers door there was no female in either car. I won a new car and 240k best part was their 1 year old Mercedes and my SUV were totaled.

I don't know why everybody's trying to defend the dude that did the brake check. you can clearly see in front of him that there was no reason to stop and they were not signaling to turn anywhere to the right. that was a straight break check which is illegal and can be considered a form of insurance fraud. don't get me wrong he MIGHT have followed to close but the video says they skidded sounds like they slid too. idk I think the guy who break checked a big ass truck played a stupid game and won a stupid prize.

The impact wasn't enough to make his airbags deploy, but it jammed his doors? We heard the passenger open right before he told him to close the doors and lock the doors. That's probably why they didn't open, because it was locked. But yes... the road rager was in the wrong 100%.
the state I currently live in,the law is if you are hit by another car from the rear-end they are 100% at fault....and because you were chasing him I I don't believe the odds will be in your favor just saying,if I'm wrong curect me not here to argue 😂
