Okay people let me put y'all on game. As a former airbnb investor...They lied. It's called "unauthorized surcharging" to rent an Airbnb then throw a party of that magnitude to gain a profit puts his property at stake for "broken policy" and insurance noncoverage. The owner also risks "policy broken of renters platform" meaning he can also loose his listing. This is exactly why I got out that business, too costly, I'd rather stick to flipping and at my age I'm strongly considering selling a few of my properties....the rental business is nearly the same headache.
