First she can't evict anyone without surviving "Notarized" eviction notice, filed at courthouse and notary stamp. Next after you serve the notification they have 30 days, if not vacated in first 30 days, serve second notice, same thing paperwork, notary stamp, you get 30 more days. Depends on the County/State renter's rights laws. Police officer will serve the tenant with the Eviction notice and go over the eviction when you're served. Her list of violations, her complaints should be written, listing what's broken in your lease, she can speak to you, to tell you what's broken in your lease. Work being done property she must notify you about who, when, and what work is being done to the property. You can say yes or no, schedule a date/time that's convenient for you. When renting a property it's your home, you don't own it, but you do have a say about when someone or something is going to be happening in your home or on said surrounding property. I'm jus sayin Y'all 😑
