OK, so I totally understand that you can record publicly but this shit has gotten outta control. Everybody's recording everything, why?? Because they can? For what purpose? Alot of them are antagonizing and instigating problems for no reason except that they can, it's seriously irritating! People are consumed wholly by social media, constantly on their phone.

So we get mugged by an individual who doesn't like his picture taken, which is a crime, but the officer's not going to do anything about it. Then we have the officer themselves who are committing acts of criminal dereliction of duty. And acting on the side of a criminal against a citizen who is engaged in a constitutionally protected legal activity on public grounds..... If I were the individual I would Sue both the individual who stole the camera or the phone. In that case and the officer in their department for criminal conspiracy to violate the rights of a citizen theft of private property criminal dereliction of duty by a police officer violation of constitutional rights of a citizen. Buy a police officer and willful betrayal of the oath of office of a member of law enforcement. And start the lawsuit at one hundred million dollars each.... plus criminal charges to that individual and the officers. For conspiracy to violate the constitutional rights of a citizen.
