I had a foster sister whose older brother was in foster in future. basically, where y I u get a house and allowance to live well and the services are done when u turn 21. they haven't given him his allowance for two months, and he decided to steal from a gas station, which was a soda Debby cakes and chips. he got caught and was tackled to this floor breaking his jaw, and now he has to go to surgery for it.
