I had a foster sister whose older brother was in foster in future. basically, where y I u get a house and allowance to live well and the services are done when u turn 21. they haven't given him his allowance for two months, and he decided to steal from a gas station, which was a soda Debby cakes and chips. he got caught and was tackled to this floor breaking his jaw, and now he has to go to surgery for it. Just wanted a public opinion if that was too much or justified.

He can sue, in certain states like Cali if there’s “under 900$” stolen goods policy. Basically if someone steals them der 900$ worth of goods in certain retail markets like target, Ross, etc. nobody is allowed to chase/ touch you do to theft being limited
