So many comments saying his head got crushed but if that was to happen he'd be unalive before he started clapping his hands together and on his legs. His nerves would still have his whole body jumping and twitching if his head were to be crushed but I doubt it would be twitching just his legs and arms like that with a rhythm to it. This is clearly a butt naked tweaker who jumped in the back of the truck during a stop and probably shocked the worker while picking up the trash. If his head got crushed that would be murder cause on those type of garbage trucks they manually press the button to crush the trash from the back and would've been able to see his legs hanging out.

So if somebody is in a garbage truck doing something like this, regardless of the reason, the thing to do is silently record it instead of getting that person help?? Wtf is wrong with people. Not everything needs to be a social media viral opportunity. Especially when it's a person's life. It doesn't matter if that person is still alive or gone and their nerves are still firing. This is an emergency situation. Possibly life or death for this person. But recording it is more important than helping the person. That hurts my soul. As a former EMT My heart breaks for that person in there. They're in distress and no one is helping. God forbid the person recording ever needs help like this one day. Karma has a way of making shit even.
