Gonna say this once, the customer is not always right. Been in retail 10 years and customer service 15, I check them as soon as the attitude comes, in a professional low key manner. I match energy so you choose how your going to be treated. periodt. I respect anyone who shows me the same courtesy.

I have now seen 6 black people in a row giving regular day workers problems just doing their jobs wether which party is right or wrong, you can think what you want about that

I worked in a grocery store people can be very rude had one lady threw meat at me in the deli so I threw it back at her then she lye on me. I was lucky that the other customers back me up

I don't know who started this one, but a lot of fast food workers are rude and nasty, and so are customers. I'm always extremely nice to people, especially when they're making my food, but I've had to get with a few of them
