why didn't you fill out the paper work 🤔. your mouth probably got you in trouble after that I'm sure. now you have to call them and see if you can fill out the paper and send it to them and they mail you your check or you end.up going to court.

The employee has a point. She was saying that they hired her and put her to work without presenting any documents, but when they asked to fill some paperwork out, she didn't realize it was in order for her to get. She is probably used to not filling out paperwork and getting paid under the table. This is common with people who hire illegals
