I’ve worked in schools and have seen kids threaten teachers, cuss them, abuse them, piss on their desk you name it I’ve seen it and just about every time the parents are called they laugh thanking that’s funny and ok for their bratty kids to do it. The parents needs to be held accountable for what their kids do.

So are we saying that, that adult is supposed to stay under the control of that person who is preventing him from leaving aka walking away because he is a student/minor? No one, NO MATTER WHAT THE AGES ARE, OR WHERE THE PLACE MAY BE, is supposed to or has the right to detain or impede another person against their will. Not even the police can, without cause. So the moment that person/man/woman or boy put hands on him while he was attempting to leave, they broke the law. and he can use reasonable force to leave or defend. And he did a pretty darn good job, not knocking that young man out.
