I was given an address to take my grandson 12 to neurologist from hospital down the road. We are black, endangered species depending where you at. I am a retired NYPD. I went to this OPEN HOUSE,AKA open door, no lock. Looked like office venue, ambiance. Calling out, sent my grand back to car. I will summon him. Anyway it just was bothering me creeping me left. Went back to hospital, clerk gave me WRONG ADDRESS, other clerk. caught her. Cause of death would of been freindly fire. I was not armed or why you blic back because they were blinking at me. DEAR GOD.

Lethal force is a last resort, if you can resolve the situation by scaring them off or subduing them until the cops arrive then you are legally and morally required to do so. All these shootings first and ask questions later Rambos shouldn’t be allowed to own a BB gun let alone a firearm until they have had the proper training to know when the use of lethal force is justified. This is real life, not some call of duty video game, there are no quick saves, no do overs, once you fire a weapon at another person your actions are permanent.

listen, you walk into someone's house unannounced and uninvited the consequences of that action are no longer in your control. the point her is that no one should do that. everything else is an exception to the rule, not the rule. just like killing someone who walks into your house uninvited and unannounced, should be the exception, not the rule.
with my pit he wouldn't make it pass the thrust hole my dog would have tore his azz out the frame then by chance you make it pass him he would have met my other dawg and exiting would have been out the equation ong
