Gonna get crap for saying this. However, this predefined step by step instructional session isn't dancing to me. In my opinion, dancing is when you let go of all inhibitions and feel the music. It's letting your body flow with the music in its own natural and unique way. True dancing is what you are currently doing behind closed doors when no one is watching. what you're watching here is theater. People moving in a specific way, predefined as acceptable in modern society. Forget all that mess... Let loose, forget anyone else is in the room and just move in whatever way feels natural to you.
