Similar nightmare happened to me in Colorado. I was hiking with my two best friends around St. Mary’s Glacier just outside of Denver. On our way back, we encountered a huge section of glacier and had no choice but to cross. Using the utmost caution and respecting the precarious nature of our situation, we ventured onto the ice but were ill-equipped for the challenge. Without even drawing straws, it was I who started slowly sliding until I was in a sole race for an unknown final destination. It scared the shit out of me. I literally thought I was going to die and screamed accordingly. When I was finally stopped — after what seemed agonizing minutes of terror and chaos — I was able to slow my descent and veer off to the opposite edge. Experiences like that are what make you appreciate and understand the raw power and complexity of nature. I wept because I wasn’t dead. I was on vacation in California. I had throughout the vacation changed from flip flops to tennis shoes at every stop before getting out of the truck except!!!the one time I needed to. we walked up El Capitan and while on top I started sliding. I could just see me going over the only thing that may have stopped me was a metal railings about 3 feet high. Just a pole between post. Thankfully I was able to stop the slid before I got to the edge. I think that was the scariest I've ever been. on a funnier note. Walking up the stairs to the top a little girl around maybe 5 years old was going up right ahead of us. every step she took she said "Oh my God" I don't think she liked heights.

Deadass this happened to me once when I was like 15 and went cliff diving with some girls, was carrying a pack of white claws and my phone when I slipped off (a much smaller ) cliff that was the only one we didn’t dive off because of rocks. But somehow I grabbed a root and everything but me fell and smashed.Didn’t even remember trying to grab it. You kinda black out and your body does whatever it needs to survive/not be horribly Injured in these kinds of situations

It was a set up. How did the camera follow him down so perfectly after it was pointed to the dude in front of him. It’s a set up to look like something out of a movie. Don’t say selfie pole and don’t say the camera just perfectly focused on him the whole way down there. That’s why they cut off the feed right when he hit the tree. To perfect of a filming.
