Drain the oil from the chicken, damn.
for those say why she didn't drain the oil in restaurants equipment is different from home. the strainer she using to take the chicken out is draining. not only that. the pan she's putting the chicken on has a strainer or two so it can continue to drain any access greas.oh and yes I use to cook in a restaurant and a club

no, the strainer is to heavy for her when she fills it with chicken, she doesn't give it time to finish draining before she dumps it
