the snow has to go to the edge ...its how the city does it. some cities have a special blade that comes down an hits the driveway. but without that special blade the snow worker has no choice but to windrow the snow to the edge.

this was horrible, he thought it was a joke, I seen the video and heard what he said, FIRE HIM, HE'S A MINICE TO SOCIETY
he was probably following order but talking shit at the same time they went about moving the snow the wrong way whoever gave the orders didn't use there head they should have angled the plow away from car to the middle of the road on both sides and then came up the middle with a V type plow
