This happens to my husband all the time. Just the paralysis part
with sleep paralysis you CAN'T open your eyes. Hince: paralysis! I've had hundreds of sleep paralysis dreams and they are the scariest dreams one could ever have. Imagine the worst nightmare x100! I had one, one night and finally was able to wake up. then my husband had to hold me for a out 4 hours cause I was screaming crying cause the sleep paralysis dream was that damn real and scary!!! ONCE you realize you're in a sleep paralysis dream, YOU can take it over!! YOU can make it what ever you want. For example, I got magic powers to where I could point to someone and throw them. And, I did. 馃ぃ However I will NOT sleep during the day now because I have them during the day time, the older I get. So I got to stay awake, no matter how tired I am!
That's happened to one of our daughters and to my husband, go th a catholic church and talk to a priest so he can bless your house

it's real. I've experienced that several times in my adulthood. Paralyzed and visions it's a crazy and scary experience
I don't sleep on my back either I have more episodes of sleep paralysis...
