I'd say second hand bathwater is def more of a rural, coming out of the great depression thing, not necessarily an 80/90s thing, there are still some people who have to do this today. Luckily, I was never one of them. That's primarily a rural issue where people have limited water supply, and homeowners who are trying to cut expenses where water bills are high. Kids still wear casts, still know what straws are. Some of these aren't legit.
bugs are still a thing on windshields because you kinda can't stop them, kids wearing casts still exists due to this thing called "sports" and the snake dude is still cool 😎🐍

people used to dress clean, neat, when flying too. no cells to call 911 every time someone farts, no fighting in restaurants, no fighting in stores, no toddlers using the f word, no cursing the teachers, no seeing thugs butt, no guns in school, no children dieing in hot cars didn't even have air conditioning, no fentyl deaths, u could get pain meds when u had pain, children could play outside, kids could walk around in a store without getting kidnapped. no distraction when driving with cell, polite to cops when stopped. none of this calling mommy or saying I know my rights, no men turning into a women.
