I like the fact that you are well organized and clean, your room is doable for a NYC apt.
$820 I'm assuming that's your part of the ren̈t. Meaning rent in full is $1640. A 2-bedroom apartment in Dallas(suitable) is around that price probably a bit higher. The main difference i,s size. It would be around 900sqft.-1100sqft.... estimated.
bc is cheap you don't have to keep the bathroom dirty. that's grossman. probably the kitchen is dirty and nasty.
