This is Yonkers and Yonkers is trash. Especially where this building is. It’s a nice pc surrounded by the polar opposite. Don’t let river view fool you. Even the hood be having river views.

This is the reason why y’all gotta get your asses off a welfare. Go out there and get good jobs start working hard two and three jobs by your house with like about six apartments and you’ll rent free. That’s what I’m doing OK but I was never on welfare only when I was a child and my mother only was more than father to us but other than that yeah I’ve been working since eight years old and now I have what I have so work hard and always put God first and all you do and buy a building and live and free OK and then you can stick those apartments up the landlords or whoever bought them up their butts
that apartment is not worth no $1,500 man it's not it's a one bedroom it's me worth $800 just because it got a washer and a dryer doesn't make you $100 the space is small I know that spot I know a few people that live in it and they said it ain't worth it
