This apartment is basically considered a Mansion in NY , and that person probably paying around $5,000 a month . Iv been in apartments and condos in NY ALOT smaller than that , raging from $2500 - $3000 a month .

your apt is really big for a one bedroom! I live in Jersey and my place as big a your living room period and just a small kitchen cost me 1600. to top it off just one closet for all my things so I'm pretty cluttered. the rents are sick!
