AI but this would be a storm shelter. It's way too shallow to survive a standard bomb much less a nuclear detonation. The ventilation "system" is two straight pipes out of the roof. No air exchanger, no filters, no protection from anything more than a tornado by the looks of things. You would be screwed in any kind of gas attack or bio-weapon and literally broiled in the event of a wild fire.
The air vents might be sucking in radioactive contamination. Then what?
There's so many things wrong with this, 1st, the venting 2, the size of that thing would make you go crazy with paranoia let alone your family and when the nuclear blasting has ended what do you come to? A world of dead people everywhere, which you will be in about 6 months. So enjoy you survived!
