A 20-year-old man in the country illegally who was street-racing when he crashed into a car in Oregon, killing a woman, was able to flee to Mexico after local authorities did not honor an immigration detainer, according to federal officials. U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) said in a news release on Tuesday that Alejandro Maldonado-Hernandez was arrested on July 12 in connection with the fatal car crash that killed Janice Ator and seriously injured her husband, Patrick Ator. After he was released from the hospital with minor injuries, Maldonado-Hernandez was booked into the Washington County Jail on charges of felony manslaughter in the second degree, felony assault in the third degree and misdemeanor reckless driving. ICE said that officers lodged an immigration detainer on July 16, but that by Aug. 8 the jail failed to honor it and let the 20-year-old go after he posted bail.

Does anyone remember a few years ago a veteran got on the wrong lane at the southern border and crossed into Mexico by mistake. There was no turn around from that lane to get back into the U.S. He was stopped in Mexico but he explained it was a mistake and he was trying to find the road back to the U.S. They asked if he had ay weapons and he declared he had a rifle. They arrested him and threw him in prison. He was hand cuffed to a cot and he became very ill and almost died from the shot water he drank. He was for there for n2-3 years and our government did nothing to help him. It was Greta Van Susteren who eventually got him released. That’s what happens if you find yourself in Mexico by mistake. But we are suppose to lay down and let them come to America and then give them a job, a place to live and a credit card for food. Plus a prepaid phone..
Venezuela was one of the richest South American countries until the voted a Socialist in to run their country, They need to rise up and fix their own country instead of coming here to vote for a socialist from the democrat party and make America like Venezuela.
