What a lovely “culture”
As a resident of Los Angeles California, I will tell you that the steps to helping homelessness is wrong. A lot of these homeless people are suffering from drug addiction, and Mental addiction. These people cannot contain a job. Cannot maintain a home with their drug and Mental addiction. They need to be put in a Rehab and Mental institution before providing home.
with high cost of living, over taxation, people cannot afford housing. people out there trying to survive. homeless is only increasing. drug and alcohol addiction along with bi-polarism and mental illness without treatment is getting worse Newsome says they spending billions but where are the results??

so reading the comments it's easy to see y'all acting like that wasn't an issue before newsome. some history lessons here. Atlanta Olympics. they bussed their homeless here. salt lake City Olympics. they bussed them here. LA Olympics we bussed them elsewhere. this has been an issue wether it's pubs or Dems in office. the way we are approaching homeless is wrong. it's why we spent to much on a failed program. again tho it's not just now. it's been there my entire life.
some are so mentally stuck, and addicted they turn down the help,all they know is the streets and their fix.Yes rehab and mental health is a must first

the people at skid row don't want to leave. they enjoy being there together. they even police the area just incase they wonder too far. they make them move their tents back and stay confined to a certain area..
