so California pays more in federal taxes than any other state. most other states especially southern states would go broke if it were for us. even if it's fraud we'd technically be paying ourselves. that being said Mr Shirley blew off a kid in Minnesota except half of what he showed he either went when class was out or he wasn't allowed past the lobby to see the kids. barging in and demanding to see children isn't something day cares or schools generally put up with. I'm not saying there isn't fraud but here in California day care fruad is the least of our worries
And still show California democrats are voting Garvin Newsum for president. He screws state and people love it.
And why is no one in handcuffs on there way to prison

oh and one other note. homelessness wasn't just a new some issue it was browns issue Schwarzenegger problem etc etc. sake with mayors. if you are a native you would know this isn't new. salt lake City when they had the winter Olympics they shuttled their homeless to California so did Atlanta. bus ticket and food cards and off they went.
