Hair spray and hand sanitizer will both do this even for ink stains
I just use alcohol and a cotton ball. There's a whole lot more rubbing alcohol in a bottle than hairspray in a can and it's cheaper, but both will work if you're dying your hair at home and spill some on your counter or floor or wall or whatever. ✌🏽
Pretty sure a magic eraser will do the same thing
