no no for diabetic...I just use watered down pancake batter. I made crepes for my kids for breakfast before school. Used sugar free strawberry jelly inside , with some cream cheese ,then dusted with powdered sugar.

I just used the jiffy pancake mix that comes in the yellow container. i think it's made by bisquick, but i'm not sure. all I know is I add more water than it calls for, so my pancakes are thinner. and they are more awesome than anything you get in the restaurants. easy easy easy yummy yummy yummy

I make the best pancakes with Bisquick. 1 cup Bisquick and 1 cup Cake Mix flow the rest of the recipe for pancakes. I don't need butter or syrup or sugar. I place 2 in a pkg and freeze, grab 1 one the way to work and it is delicious. Not too sweet, easy and not messy.
