I am in NY. And due to no fault of my own, we were forced to get new "enhanced" licenses... because so many illegals got licenses without proper documentation, it became a security risk to travel. There was no "financial aide" to replace these, and licenses are not cheap. Infact, NYS drivers licenses are about 5 times as expensive as one from Kansas. Again.... due to NOTHING we did. So stop your whining!

it's no problem to randomly pay for a new license to change your gender to the incorrect one but it is an issue when you have to change it to the correct one. someone, please make it make sense.
