It’s just a fact that you are who you are at birth and if you’re saying and doing something different then you need to suffer the consequences of your actions and that’s just how it is
The concept of gender identity is not something that has ever existed on legal documents until very recently & is still not even recognized globally. The fact is that gender consists of whatever your physical anatomy is based on your time at birth, not what your varying state of mind tells you that you feel it should be or want it to be at a later stage in life. No one is going to be looking at your legal documents without your consent/allowing them to see them. Medical professionals NEED to know what your true physical gender is to properly treat & care for you- no one else is going to be looking underneath your clothes so they don’t care or know what your documents say vs what you identify as.
