There are numerous conservative law firms that would take a case like this and sue the school district as well as the school board as well as the union. Additionally, I would rally numerous parents to attend the school board and PTA Meetings

That information on criteria is usually on the state level website. She is missing that when her school district varies off the criteria she can question that. The school district response is actionable. They attacked her before she realized how to deal with the issue.
All curriculums are listed on the state education website They are called common core. There is an objective for each. All they needed to do was direct you to the site or print it out for you. What they did was disgusting. I’m not familiar with what the common core is for kindergarten but they have to teach what it states. I’m not aware of any form of gender identity taught. But it was discussed by the govt about calling a mother a birthing woman. We have to teach what we are told. Period. I’m sorry they treated you like this. Obviously it was disrespectful and they deserve to be sued.

Home School anytime you can. It's our responsibility to teach our children. Never live in a city school district if you can avoid it. Stay rural, grow your own food, teach your own kids. Cities are a trap, money is the tool used to push you there.
