Gynecomastia - is an overgrowth of breast tissue in young males treated with hormones, liposuction and mastectomy.
People are so damn stupid. These boys had excessive breast tissue removed. Gynocomastia. They aren’t girls for the love of God people.

He may very well have had Gynocomastia, a condition where males develop excess breast tissue that is very painful.

Look at the joy in his face. Some males have way to much breast tissue. It’s very embarrassing for them. My husband should have done this years ago. His breasts are larger than mine cup size but barely sag. It’s close to size C . To old now to fix the problem. He is 72 now. He was never comfortable taking his shirt off around other people. Bless these young men. Any flaw in our bodies that are visual can be devastating. Being the butt of jokes is painful. Came out great guys. 👍🏼
Thanks to explanation in the first comments, I understand the medical situation that brought about this surgical necessity. What I do have a hard time understanding is WHY the family would post this video without an explanation, thus leaving it open for viewers to make their own assumptions, and to a predictable onslaught of inappropriate and abusive comments...or perhaps this is a Re-post by someone who intentionally left all that information off IOT to draw clicks and comments, but at the original teens family's expense. 🤔 :(

Homophobic folks here: The brain you are born with identifies your gender. The neurotransmitters and hormones tell your brain which gender you are when you are growing up. If that gender does not match the body you were born with, it is a medical problem. It is not a "a mistake" unless all of you consider that God is making millions of mistakes every day with birth defects, cancer, and diseases like multiple sclerosis?!! A person who purposefully goes through medical transition to have their body match what their brain has told them from birth does so to be a healthy human being. So many people who have not had support or have had people like you telling them that they are evil have committed suicide because of the mental distress of not living as they were meant to be. The bigotry of trans folk results in abuse and murder for being different from what is considered normal. Shame on all of you. God demands compassion, and I do not see that from you that judge.

Who ever posted this wanted people to think it was transgender, and to start hate and madness. With no information what do you expect.
My son had testicular cancer and that lead to increased breast tissue as the tumor released increased hormones. So he had to have a breast reduction but the Insurance wouldn't pay as they said it was cosmetic 😡 so he saved enough money and had the surgery and the surgeon did a good job.

My son had this same surgery due to overgrowth of the lymphatic system in his breasts. He was embarrassed, humiliated by kids in his school. After surgery, he was a total different person. Outgoing personality, and confident. Best move he ever made. Before you all know the story behind these kids, please keep your snide comments to yourself.
i feel so sorry for her, her life will be one of non stop medical issues, self doubt and one day will realize the support given was not in her best interest.
