Why would anyone have to justify why they do anything to strangers? This young man is coming into his own; just like every other human being has. All we should be doing is hoping he’s happy. The rest; is none of our business. Explanations and judgement no longer matter. I wish this young man a long and happy life. I hope he has peace and joy, in whatever he chooses to do. That’s it.
Sadly,people don't care to understand.There are those born with male hormones,yet can be female like.Or a male that is born that totally feels out of place as a man because he was born more hormonal as a woman.It's not just waking up saying I'm wanting to be a guy or I'm wanting to be a woman. When it's a person who is changing their whole life to become the real person they should have been born as,they are also taking life choices in risks of cancers and other things that may come with it.Please read up on the facts.Its heartbreaking what they go through,not counting on societies ignorance,too.I would suggest anyone under 18 to wait,make their own choice,because once you do this you want to know it's what you want,not puberty and hormonal changes messing you up.😉 Listen,no one should have their boobs enlarged till after 18 too.Because a doctor can give you the facts on those and many don't come till after 18 why get fakes? I don't really care if that's the case. it's no different than a woman getting her boobs done. I only have an issue with it if they are changing their gender altogether. otherwise it's no different than any other cosmetic surgery both genders do to feel more confident I guess

There is a thing in men called Gynocomastia. It causes them to develop extra breast tissue and it's difficult for young men to deal with sometimes to the point they commit suicide. This young man has a loving supportive family and a way to get surgery to take care of it. Kudos young man because you obviously take care of yourself and your body and you look great! I as Woman I can’t imagine going through that without being a Million times certain and being mental and emotionally strong and ready for such traumatic change. It’s clear he is very happy with his new life.

I don't know if its a choice, a mental illness, a mistake, a sin, or not. either way, people deserve respect. for all the bible thumpers in the comments, read the bible. it says to love not hate. it also says that Jesus died on the cross for ALL sins. so if it is a sin, they are forgiven. your hate is pushing people away from the word of god and if anything is a one way ticket to hell, youre getting it. not them. hope this helps

We do not know the reason for the surgery. His brother had the same surgery. There are genetic deformities, such as excessive breast tissue, that may have been done. The poster should've made the reason clear. Do not judge without the facts.
How many of you know that we're all born with male/female hormones and at any given moment one can overtake the other. Yet God created us and could have not allowed it to happen. I suggest you research hermaphrodites and ask yourselves what exactly should they do.

I have a friend that is a male, but he developed a condition called gyno- mastitis were he actually grew breasts. He is straight, but wanted them removed. So, that doesn't always mean they are trans, or was a woman at one time. please 🙏don't always think bad about people 💕
