That's definitely not something you see everyday unless you live in LA and surrounding areas. Glad the police officer seemed like he knew exactly how to handle this situation and the other vehicle! I don't know why people run, but when I hear about someone panicking and running because they know they are probably going to jail for an old warrant about a failure to appear for an old court date or something dumb like that, and they choose to run and end up losing their life because of the police pursuit and they end up crashing on their own or due to an unfortunate pit maneuver going out of control, it upsets me. Not only did they just endanger the lives of everyone else on the road nearby as they chose to run, but they just created the very situation that caused their life to end. It is sad and definitely not worth losing your life over.
