When i got a dui, I did a couple of tests. When it came to the straight line, I know I failed terribly. I just turned around and said, handcuff me. officer asked, handcuff you? I was like, yeah, we both know I've been drinking. Don't even drink anymore. But I at least tried a little before snitching on myself.
looks to me to be in a neighborhood so if he was doing 63 thats criminal speeding. he probably figured he was going to jail anyways and hoping if he's honest about the weed it wont be as harsh. Smart move honestly. way to be thinking on the go.
pulled over for speeding why would he even say anything about the weed?! dont tell cops anything unless they ask. they can't search your car just because they smell it. there was absolutely no way you would have been busted for pot if you kept your mouth shut.
