The problem with Walmart is that they've turned all the cashiers into security guards without any training or credentials of a security guard. Now, most guards are dumb and goofy, but at least they understand what they can do and what they can't do. Walmart gets away with it by giving them an asset protection t-shirt that doesn't make them security guards, but thats basically what they are.
