This matter can be handled quite easily! Noone has to raise their voice. All you had to do is explain that you thought it was wrong of her talking about you to another customer. PERIOD!!!!! There is nothing wrong about that! I cannot believe u didn't say an apology to the man at the counter for interrupting his time! This is rude as well! Just say ur issue twice for the Manager and that's it. Now, ur holding up that gentle over your problem. See he has manners, but I'm sure they are wearing thin!!!! Manager, instead of creating a scene pull her aside and talk to her, u don't handle these issues like this.😲🤔🤔🤔🙏🙏🙏🙏Today's work ethics are pitiful!!!!!
