had somebody try that with me. she parked behind my car while I was busy away from the car. and when I got back she accused me of backing into her car, causing some minor damage. my car couldn't have caused the damage. she wanted me to give her money on the spot. I took pictures and gave her my insurance info and told her she could file a claim but that I'd submit the pictures and tell the adjuster what the situation was.

Well I agree with him since their are no marks on his car and also there would be the pieces of her car mirror on the ground. that is her driver side since they are not in the USA, so either he did park very close to her or she parked then climbed out her passenger side as part of a scam but I don’t think he is to blame for damage. I believe Teslas have cameras to capture what’s around them so she clearly should have the capability of seeing who actually damaged her car. And by the looks of her scratches, it might’ve been a white car if that’s paint transfer on the Tesla. Lastly, her passenger side mirror would’ve had the damage to the mirror itself and not missing the entire part of the back. I hope he got her license plate number so she doesn’t try to file a claim using this car plates.
