Silver car was at fault.
I've had this happen to me but then I think is it worth it to do some stupid shiat. Nope, not worth possibly getting killed! I let them go on and usually you go down the road a ways and you see them pulled over or have had an accident. So karma does work, keep that in mind next time you think about doing something stupid!
