A zipper merge happens when you enter the roadway from an on ramp and merge into the flow of traffic, you just sped down to get a better position because you like to cause accidents

according to National Highway Traffic Safety the zipper merge is the most efficient way to keep traffic moving. That driver did the right thing and YOU should follow his example. use both lanes til you reach the merge point, then alternate.

He doesn’t know how traffic works. If you “zipper merge” and cause the vehicle behind you to brake, it causes a chain reaction. This causes the space between vehicles to close and other merging vehicles to brake as well.
