Can’t tell from the video, maybe the cop decided he was following the vehicle ahead too closely, or the windows looked like they were tinted too dark. Maybe the driver used to bully him in school, who freaking knows. If they want to pull someone over they will find a reason to do it.

It's because the judge doesn't want the harassment so he kisses their ass cause him and his family can get tickets and DUIs too. The judge is a retired lawyer. Of course he knows that most cops lie. It's no secret. That's why 2 or 3 always sign to say you said or did something. Half the time some of those cops weren't even there.

I saw something very similar the other night. There was a car in the left lane going about the speed limit. Cop got behind him. The driver slowed down to about 5 MPH under but stayed in left lane. The cop followed him for a couple of miles. I couldn't tell from my angle but maybe the car was weaving, maybe there is a law to not stay in the left lane or I was kind of thinking the cop ran his plate before pulling him over.
