great pit maneuver but your vehicle was technically involved in an accident and you left the scene of an accident which is a ticket and even though he turned into you, it is considered a hit and run since you kept going because technically you hit the back of his vehicle even though he turned into you, I know it's pathetic but that's how the law looks at it, thank God for the dash cam though

Was a flawless pit, but unfortunately this guy faced charges afterwards, ya see when someone is trying to merge it’s the law to let them merge. Also when in a wreck if you do damage to the back portion of a vehicle, regardless of what happened, you’re at fault , now had he been further up and the trucks side swiped then this guy would’ve been fine.
